Privacy Policy

Jask Technologies, LLC (“we” or “us”) operates Camdow, an email assistant that handles custom requests for creators (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s part of our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

When you join the early access list: your name, email address, phone number, where you sell, and about how many custom requests you get a month.

When you visit this site: your approximate country (from your IP address), your browser type, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you used. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Because we don’t track you across other sites, we don’t respond to Do Not Track signals.

When you use the Service:

• the email address you connect, and the access needed to read and send email for you;
• emails about custom requests, including fans’ names, email addresses, and messages, and the replies the Service writes;
• your menu, prices, limits, and other settings;
• the deals you approve, change, or decline, and your messages with the assistant; and
• the phone number or email address where you want to be notified.

To find custom requests, the Service reads all emails in your connected inbox, which may include sending them to our AI provider. It only acts on custom requests and leaves everything else alone.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• run the Service, including replying to custom requests and sending you deals to approve;
• contact you about early access and your account, by email and text;
• answer your questions and help you with the Service;
• keep the Service secure and prevent misuse; and
• follow the law and enforce our terms.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising. We don’t use the contents of your inbox to train AI models.

3. Text messages

We may text the phone number you give us about early access and, once you’re using the Service, about deals that need you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also opt out any other reasonable way, like emailing us. We don’t share your phone number or text opt-in data with any third party, except the providers that send our texts.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only:

• with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, email, text messaging, and AI model providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• when the law requires it, or to protect anyone’s safety, including reporting suspected child exploitation;
• with a buyer or successor if we’re involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization; and
• with your consent.

5. Google account data

If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We won’t transfer information from your Google account to a buyer or successor without your prior consent. Our team won’t read your emails unless you ask us to, or it’s needed for security or to comply with the law.

6. If you emailed a creator who uses Camdow

When you email a creator who uses the Service, we process your message on their behalf so the assistant can reply. Custom requests can reveal sensitive details, like sexual preferences, so we use them only to run the Service for that creator. For questions or requests about your information, contact the creator, or email us and we’ll help.

7. How long we keep it

We keep early access information until you ask us to delete it or early access ends. We keep Service data while your account is open, and delete it within a reasonable time after you close it, unless we need to keep some of it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to send you a copy, by emailing support@camdow.com. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us. To stop texts, reply STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, and we’ll respond to requests as the law that applies to you requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

10. Age

The Service is only for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

11. Where your information is processed

We’re based in the United States. We and our service providers may process your information there and in other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll email you about significant changes.
